For the Marseille-based entrepreneurs' club Le Gabian , Tilipix designed a tailor-made after-work format within the Bati Bati concept store.
The goal: to experience a cultural, creative, and unifying moment . This unique workshop brought together six participants in a relaxed atmosphere conducive to exchange. Conceived as an urban interlude , this event combined artistic discovery and hands-on practice , centered around a medium accessible to all: pixel art mosaics.
An ideal formula to strengthen ties between club members while stimulating their creativity .
Discovering pixels in the city 🤳
The workshop began with a walk through the iconic Panier district , a true playground for Marseille street art.
Accompanied by a passionate guide , the participants took part in a “Space Invaders hunt” , exploring the artworks scattered throughout the alleyways.
This guided walk helped to place contemporary mosaic art in a broader artistic context , linking Marseille to the major capitals of world street art.

Back in the warm setting of Bati Bati, club members were able to discover the work of 24 international pixel art mosaic artists .
This inspiration phase was followed by the creation of their own artwork , guided by Tilipix. Choosing the motif , arranging the tiles , assembling by hand : each participant left with their unique mosaic, the fruit of their own sensibility and a shared moment.
A 100% manual , 100% Marseilles workshop, which combines cultural discovery and the pride of creating oneself .
